Blurring from CAH

It turns out it is not working.

Ours:
I1 = sum((1-W) *I2);
Black pixels are those pixels with only one pixel in a mask.

    What's the process for this blurring?

    Maybe can fix with a global "reservoir" of darkness/lightness. At one point in the halftoning we had leftover error carry on to the next pixel, which might be quite distant from the present point.
